Welcome to Chalet PaianThe Perathoner family welcomes you to CHALET PAIAN in Selva di Val Gardena. The town of Selva is located in the heart of the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Our house is located above the town center, on the sunny side of Selva, and offers a panoramic view over the village as well as directly into the picturesque Vallunga valley. From Chalet Paian you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the majestic mountain world with the Sella Group, Sassolungo Group, Cir Peaks, and Sciliar.
At Chalet Paian in Selva di Val Gardena, your holiday home awaits you right in the heart of the Dolomites. Our cozy apartments, made of natural wood, offer plenty of space, modern comfort, and a sunny south-facing balcony with panoramic views. Thanks to the quiet yet almost central location, you can reach the ski slopes within minutes in winter and start unforgettable hikes right from the doorstep in summer. Ideal for families and couples who wish to relax and experience nature.

Guests will receive a free digital Val Gardena Guest Pass upon booking or check-in. The Card gives free use of all public buses in Val Gardena (except the Nightbus and Monte Pana/Saltria bus) and free use of nearly all public transport in South Tyrol.
