Important information

• All prices are quoted in euros per week.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The apartments are available from 1:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and until 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• Please note that from 1 January 2026, a local tax of €2.70 per person per night will apply.
• Cancellations: According to the Consumer Protection Code, cancellations are generally not allowed. However, we offer the following conditions:
  • In the event of cancellation more than 4 months prior to arrival: only the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Between 4 months and 1 month prior: 40% of the total stay is payable.
  • Between 1 month and 1 week prior: 70% of the total stay is payable.
  • Within 1 week of arrival: 90% of the total stay is payable. In case of late arrival or early departure, the full stay as booked will be charged.
  • If the apartment is not left in proper condition on the day of departure, an additional charge of €50.00 will apply.
