Important information
- All prices are in Euro per week
- Animals not permitted
- on your arrival the apartment will be available from 13:00, departure within 09.00 am.
- From the 01.01.14 we need to require the local tax of Euro 1,45 per person and per night
- Cancellations: There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Code -
however, we grant you the following cancellation conditions:
- In the event of a cancellation beyond 4 months, nothing is due
beyond the deposit.
- For cancellations between 4 months and 1 month from the arrival date,
compensation of 40% of the total stay is due
- For cancellations between one month and one week from the arrival
date, the compensation is 70%.
- For cancellations within a week of the arrival date, compensation is
90% of the total stay.
- In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire
stay after booking
Important note: In the case of a future booking with a subsequent cancellation because of Covid19, it is possible to use the deposit as a "bonus" for a later holiday (valid for one year from the date of arrival)
- If the apartment is not left properly on the last day, a surcharge of Euro 30,00 will be charged.
